2.    \n<\/span><\/span>K\u00f6m\u00fcr veya bit\u00fcml\u00fc \u015fistin s\u0131v\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131\nve gazla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tesisler ile asfalt plent tesisleri<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

3.    \n<\/span><\/span>S\u0131v\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f petrol gaz\u0131 dolum ve\ndepolama tesisleri, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

4.    \n<\/span><\/span>\u00c7imento fabrikalar\u0131,beton santralleri,\n\u00e7imento klingeri \u00fcreten tesisler, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

5.    \n<\/span><\/span>N\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralleri ile di\u011fer n\u00fckleer\nreakt\u00f6rler, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

6.    \n<\/span><\/span>Radyoaktif at\u0131klar\u0131n depolanmas\u0131,\nbertaraf\u0131 ve i\u015flenerek ara\/nihai \u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi amac\u0131yla projelendirilen\ntesisler ve benzeri radyoaktif at\u0131k tesisleri, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

7.    \n<\/span><\/span>N\u00fckleer yak\u0131tlar\u0131n \u00fcretilmesi veya\nzenginle\u015ftirilmesi ile ilgili tesisler,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

8.    \n<\/span><\/span>End\u00fcstriyel nitelikli, sintine ve benzeri\nat\u0131k sular\u0131n geri kazan\u0131m tesisleri<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

9.    \n<\/span><\/span>\u0130htisas OSB\u2019nin kendi \u00fcretim faaliyetleri\nsonucunda olu\u015fan at\u0131klardan enerji \u00fcreten tesisler hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere \u0130htisas\nOSB\u2019lerin kurulu\u015f protokol\u00fcnde belirtilmeyen alanlarda faaliyet g\u00f6steren\ntesisler. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

10. \n<\/span><\/span>Parlay\u0131c\u0131\/patlay\u0131c\u0131\/yak\u0131c\u0131 maddelerin\n\u00fcretildi\u011fi, depoland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve dolumunun yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tesisler, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

11. \n<\/span><\/span> Petrokimya kompleksleri, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

12. \n<\/span><\/span> \u00dcretiminde kapal\u0131 proses, gaz veya s\u0131v\u0131 yak\u0131t\nve toz kaynaklar\u0131nda filtre sistemlerini kullanan tesisler hari\u00e7; tu\u011fla ve\nkiremit fabrikalar\u0131, k\u00f6m\u00fcr y\u0131kama kire\u00e7, al\u00e7\u0131 ve z\u0131mpara tesisleri, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

13. \n<\/span><\/span>Klor-alkali tesisleri, s\u00fclf\u00fcrik asit,\nfosforik asit, hidroklorik asit, klor ve benzeri kimyasal maddeler \u00fcreten\nyerler, azot sanayi ve bu sanayi ile entegre g\u00fcbre fabrikalar\u0131,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

14. \n<\/span><\/span>Asbest, asbest i\u00e7eren \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin i\u015flenmesi\nveya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi yap\u0131lan tesisler,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

15. \n<\/span><\/span>Ham deri i\u015fleme, padok ve sadece hayvan\nkesimi yap\u0131lan tesisler,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

16. \n<\/span><\/span>Hammadde alanlar\u0131 kapal\u0131 ve toz\nkaynaklar\u0131nda filtre sistemlerini kullanan tesisler hari\u00e7; talk, barit, kalsit,\nantimuan ve benzeri madenlerin k\u0131rma ve \u00f6\u011f\u00fctme tesisleri, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

17. \n<\/span><\/span>Kat\u0131 at\u0131k ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma tesisleri ve her\nt\u00fcrl\u00fc at\u0131\u011f\u0131n nihai ve\/veya ara depolanmas\u0131 ve\/veya araziye g\u00f6m\u00fclmesine ili\u015fkin\ntesisler ile toksit, t\u0131bbi ve tehlikeli at\u0131klar\u0131n yak\u0131lmak ve kimyasal yolla\nar\u0131t\u0131lmak suretiyle bertaraf edilmesine y\u00f6nelik tesisler,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

18. \n<\/span><\/span> Sanayi parselleri ile hizmet destek\nalanlar\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n kendi ihtiyac\u0131 i\u00e7in kurulanlar hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere,\ng\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisine dayal\u0131 elektrik enerjisi \u00fcreten tesisler kurulamaz.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

Bu madde\nh\u00fckm\u00fcnden, y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki \u00e7evre mevzuat\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin yerine getirilmesi ve di\u011fer\nkat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n faaliyetlerini olumsuz etkilememesine y\u00f6nelik t\u00fcm tedbirlerin\nOSB y\u00f6netimlerince al\u0131nmas\u0131 kayd\u0131yla; <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

a)\nKullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ya\u011f\u0131n yeniden rafine edilmesi ve\/veya ba\u015fka bir \u00fcr\u00fcne \u00e7evrilerek\ntekrar kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile at\u0131k ve hurdalar\u0131 m\u00fcnferiden ara veya nihai \u00fcr\u00fcne \u00e7eviren\ntesisler, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

b)\nOrmansal, tar\u0131msal ve bitkisel at\u0131klar ile at\u0131ksu ar\u0131tma tesisi \u00e7amurunu\nhammadde olarak kullanarak enerji \u00fcreten tesisler,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      c)\nOSB\u2019ye ait teknik altyap\u0131 alan\u0131nda olmas\u0131 ve m\u00fcte\u015febbis heyet\/genel kurul\nkarar\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 ile geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve bertaraf tesisleri m\u00fcstesnad\u0131r.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Birinci ve\nikinci madde haricinde, OSB\u2019de kurulmas\u0131nda sak\u0131nca g\u00f6r\u00fclen tesisler hakk\u0131nda;\nOSB\u2019nin kurulu\u015f protokol\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kurulmas\u0131 planlanan sekt\u00f6rler, mevcut\nsekt\u00f6r yap\u0131s\u0131, kurulacak tesisin altyap\u0131 ve at\u0131k su ar\u0131tma tesislerine etkisi,\nherhangi bir olumsuzluk an\u0131nda tetikleyici etkisi, insanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve ya\u015fam\nko\u015fullar\u0131na etkisi gibi hususlar dikkate al\u0131narak konu ile ilgili kurumlardan\nal\u0131nacak raporlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde karar verilir. \u0130lgilinin Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u015fvurmas\u0131\n\u00fczerine, OSB taraf\u0131ndan OSB\u2019de kurulamayaca\u011f\u0131na karar verilen tesise ili\u015fkin\nnihai karar, Bakanl\u0131k Makam\u0131ndan al\u0131nacak onay ile verilir.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>
